Triumph has unveiled an all-new, triple-powered middleweight sports bike for 2024: the Daytona 660. This motorcycle delivers an exhilarating sports performance, offering a dynamic ride along with top-tier quality, capability, and specifications in its class.

EXHILARATING SPORTS PERFORMANCE

The Daytona 660’s triple engine provides a perfect balance of low-end torque, thrilling high-rpm power, and distinctive character. It generates 95PS at 11,250rpm with a redline of 12,650rpm, offering more than 80% of its 69Nm peak torque from as low as 3,125rpm. The new exhaust system, featuring 3-into-1 headers and a compact underslung silencer, enhances the engine’s unique triple soundtrack.

Power is delivered through a smooth, six-speed gearbox, and Triumph’s Torque Assist clutch ensures a light, progressive lever action with a span-optimized clutch lever for better reach. This clutch design improves rear-wheel control during hard deceleration, allowing for smooth and confident corner entry. Triumph’s Shift Assist is available as an accessory, enabling fast and effortless clutchless up and downshifts for easier riding in town.

AGILE, DYNAMIC RIDE

The Daytona 660 features a lightweight sports frame, top-quality Showa 41mm upside-down big-piston front forks, and a Showa rear suspension unit, all contributing to an agile and responsive ride. The rear suspension also includes preload adjustment for quick setup changes.

Lightweight five-spoked cast aluminum wheels reduce rotating mass, enhancing responsive handling and suspension performance. Michelin’s high-specification Power 6 tires provide confident road handling in all conditions. With twin four-piston radial calipers paired with lightweight 310mm discs, fed by braided lines, and a Continental ABS modulator, the Daytona 660 offers excellent stopping power and braking feel.

RIDER-FOCUSED TECHNOLOGY

The Daytona 660 is equipped with advanced technology to enhance the riding experience and safety. The ride-by-wire throttle delivers precise throttle response, with three riding modes—Sport, Road, and Rain—each offering different throttle responses and traction control levels. Sport mode provides the most reactive throttle response for intense road rides or track sessions, and the traction control system can be turned off via the instrument menu for riders who prefer a fully manual experience.

The multi-functional instruments include a color TFT screen integrated into a white-on-black LCD display, offering clear and easily readable rider information in various lighting conditions. The My Triumph Connectivity System, available as an accessory, enables turn-by-turn navigation, phone, and music interaction, all displayed on the TFT screen and controlled via the switchgear for ease of use while riding.

CONTROL & COMFORT

The Daytona 660’s riding position is designed for dynamic sports riding and long-distance comfort. It features racy clip-on bars positioned above the top yoke and footpegs placed for an optimal balance of comfort and cornering clearance. The bike’s perfectly weighted controls and light steering provide excellent control in urban environments.

The split rider and pillion seats, with a rider seat height of 810mm and a narrow standover, make the Daytona 660 accessible to riders of various sizes. An accessory low seat is also available, reducing the seat height by 25mm to 785mm.

PERSONALIZE YOUR DAYTONA 660

There are over 30 Genuine Triumph Accessories available, all engineered alongside the motorcycle and tested to the same high standards, with a two-year unlimited mileage warranty. Riders seeking a more distinctive race paddock style can opt for a color-coded seat cowl, billet-machined parts like an oil filler cap pre-drilled for lock-wiring, paddock stand bobbins, bar end finishers, and a rear brake reservoir.

The My Triumph Connectivity System, available as an accessory, offers intuitive phone and music operation along with turn-by-turn navigation. Triumph Shift Assist can also be added for clutchless, full-throttle upshifting and seamless downshifting with auto-blip. Additional accessories include heated grips, an under-seat USB socket, and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). A tank bag and tail pack are available, adding 20 liters of stylish carrying capacity.

New security accessories include the Triumph Protect+ alarm system and Triumph Track+ tracker with 24/7 monitoring, along with a comprehensive range of locks.
