After a wait of few months since its launch in China, Vivo has finally unleashed the X21 in the Indian market. And by adding the fingerprint scanner under-the-display, Vivo has made sure that people take notice of this device. And by under-the-display, we mean, embedded ‘in the display’.
Apple, you just lost the race to this one!
Display: The Vivo X21 boasts of a 6.28-inch full-HD+ (1080 x 2280 pixels) AMOLED display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. And as the trend is, it features a notch on the top and a nearly bezel-less design.
Hardware: Snapdragon 660 processor that teams up with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. This can be expanded via a MicroSD card.
Camera: The X21 has a rear dual camera, which boasts of a 12 MP primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture) and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor (f/2.4 aperture). The front camera has a 12 MP sensor. F/2.0 aperture and comes with AI Face Beauty, HDR Mode, shot re-focus mode.

Software: Funtoch OS 4.0 is Vivo’s skin running on top of Android 8.0 Oreo and brings in support for Face Wake 2.0, which is basically a Vivo’s version of Face Unlock.
